Description

Gifted by a family friend Matt Dillion in the 80's who had also received it as a gift from the artists, front cover signed "to Matt, Best Wishes, Hope you enjoy these songs Kathy & Terry"  (Terry McMahon and Kathy Wilson).  Slight wear on the bottom of the record cover and record shape is highlighted by the pressure of the record against the cover (slight dust mark as shown in cover image), 6 very small dots underneath signature.   This record has been in the record cabinet for 30 years.  Very good condition LP.  Very Rare !  Approx value from internet search is $450 to $500 au.
