Description

TRAFFIC  " LAST  EXIT "  PINK  LABEL  RARE ALBUM

Released in 1969   ISLAND  RECORDS  ILPS-9097  stereo

I bought this Album the year it was released 1969.  It was played on a high quality turntable
(Thorens 125 turntable SME arm with Shure V15 cartridge) of that era.  The Album was always
cleaned with a high quality cleaner and always stored in a plastic outer sleeve for protection.  I'm
not a record dealer and never have been, I am just selling off my own private Album collection
                  which I started in 1964.

                                                                   THE  COVER

The COVER is in a VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT condition with a SHEEN finish.  It is VERY
CLEAN with no creases on the FRONT COVER. There are 3 very small creases on the BACK
COVER, almost invisible.  On the BACK COVER there is a  tiny area where the price label  had
been and removed, lifting a small part of the surface, as seen on the photograph.  All the CORNERS
are FIRM and TRUE with no scuff marks.  The SPINE is SHARP and SQUARE without creases.
Inside the GATEFOLD it is BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN, it looks like NEW.  For an ALBUM COVER
of 39 years old its in a REMARKABLE condition.

                                                                   THE  VINYL

The VINYL is in VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT condition.  It has a VERY CLEAN MIRROR finish.
There are no scratches or finger marks.  The LABEL is VERY CLEAN with no SPINDLE marks.
The TEST PLAY of this VINYL on my REGAR  PLANAR  3 with ORTOFON cartridge was, as is
well known that the recording of this Album ( side 2. LIVE ) is not the best balance of instruments,
for example, the organ is much louder than the other instruments.
There are the occasional light pops and crackles, mainly on side 1.  However, after these minor
annoyances the Album played BEAUTIFULLY all the way through.

                                                                   PEDRO'S  VINYL

I have been collecting Albums since 1964 and have amassed a fantastic collection of rare
Albums.   I recently made the traumatic decision to sell off my collection to finance other
ventures.  I have always been obsessive about playing my LPs on the best possible audio
equipment for that era. I've always stored every Album in specially made LP units to keep
them free from dust and heat.  Thank you for looking and good luck with your bidding, PEDRO.
