I purchased this beauty in a record store in Los Angeles, CA about ten years ago... It has NEVER been played. For the past eight years or so, it has been kept in an archival sleeve within an acid-free re-sealable plastic sleeve. The original plastic that it came in (with barcode and number retained) will ship with the record. Everything in in MINT condition.
If you'll take a look at the third picture here, you'll see there is also a small slip of paper (that came from the record store) that has all the information about the record on it... What's weird is that (I think) this record was available commercially, but the paper states that it's a promotional release...either way, this one is very rare--especially in this condition!
