Up for auction, this truly unique and very rare award to commemorate platinum sales for TOOL'S album, LATERALUS. Presented to the band and very immediate band personnel, this is in an extremely limited edition, and absolutely 100% authentic. This was presented to their tour manager at the time.

It consists of 4 layers of acrylic. It is held together with metal rods and bolts, and is wider at the base. It is screen printed on the 2 inner layers with the Lateralus album artwork. The first inner layer has the Aria (Australian Record Industry Association Accredited Platinum Award) silver seal on the left hand side, with the Tool Dissectional and Volcano logos on the right as well as the presentation info:

The measurements for this award are as follows:

12 1/4" ~ 31cm High

4" ~ 10cm Wide, at the top

10 1/2" ~ 26.5cm Wide, at the bottom

1 5/8" ~ 4cm Deep, at the top

2 5/8" ~ 6.5cm Deep, at the bottom

In excellent condition, this is a truly unique piece of Tool memorabilia, fantastic for any serious Tool fan and collector! This is one of a few major post-holiday sacrifices you will find in my auctions!

Unfortunately, although extremely awesome, it is also extremely HEAVY! I would have liked to offer this item internationally, but the shipping is so costly as to be prohibitive!
