Tony Klinger & Michael Lytton – Extremes (Excerpts From The Soundtrack) (12” LP)
Extremes is a 1971 film Directed by Tony Klinger and Mike Lytton. It covers the whole gamut of present day human behaviour, from carefree pop fans bathing nude at the Isle of Wight to withdrawn, pathetic junkies hastening their own deaths with hard drugs. Such is the range encompassed by the so-called "permissive society", doubly significant because it usually involves young people who have either never known discipline or are rebelling against an overdose of it. They can't change society so they have no alternative but to drop out from it.Accompanying this incredible film is an equally amazing sound track produced by Supertramp, Arc, Crucible and others.

Condition: (as Record Collector’s grading system)
Vinyl side 1: very good (has the odd small mark and plays with the odd light click here and there but certainly nothing that spoils your enjoyment of the music, plays with no jumps or sticks and minimal crackle, has a very slight warp that doesn’t affect the playback in any way).
Vinyl side 2: very good (has a noticeable scratch mark on the first quarter of track two which causes  clicks also the odd small mark and plays with the odd light click here and there but certainly nothing that spoils your enjoyment of the music, plays with no jumps or sticks and minimal crackle, has a very slight warp that doesn’t affect the playback in any way).
Cover (front laminated): very good (a few light creases mainly on the corners, writing on back).
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a
complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy on return of the record.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.  1706 (GS 9.9 (1706))
