This record is in very good condition. It does have faint spindle marks visible on each label but there are no pen marks, scuffs or major issues. There is no staining or serious fading and all text is legible. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in good shape with just the light spindle marks to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything deep or major but do have general signs of use and age. There is sleeve 'scuffs', light marks, thin scratches and wear on both sides. There is nothing that can be felt or that stands out as obvious but there is marks and wear showing. Overall a used vintage lp that has signs of use and handling but is also free of very serious marks.
I play tested the record and it played well overall and I enjoyed it throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no movement noticeable in the record arm. The audio produced has no skips, sticks or loud annoying clicks and for a very mellow album(in parts) plays with decent clarity. There was, as you can imagine from a record graded at VG, the occasional noise, light amount of surface noise and general mild amounts of interference in places. There was no stand out periods however and nothing that I found majorly disruptive. Overall it was a nice listen and although not a pristine experience it can certainly still be enjoyed.
The gatefold sleeve is in very good condition. It has wear and rubbing to the spine, edges and corners. The text along the spine is no longer clearly legible and there is wear all round as I say. This has caused a 1" split to the centre of the rear bottom edge and also a 1" split up from the rear bottom left corner. Other than the edge wear the sleeve has no major issues such as pen marks, tears, scuffs or staining. It does have general signs of age however with some creasing, light grubbiness and mild fading in parts. Overall it is still a decent sleeve with no really major issues but some wear and general signs of its age and handling. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
The record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement inner as the original was missing.
