Front cover is AUTOGRAPHED near lower left corner (see PHOTO 2). Personal message and autograph have faded somewhat but nonetheless it is autographed by TOMMY SANDS.
RECORD is in G+ condition.
Cover is in G- condition. See photo 1. Cover shows significant wear at all 4 corners.
Upper right corner has a split approx. 3" in length. Lower right corner has a split approx. 3/4" in length.
Bottom of back cover has mildew stains(see photo 3).
