Up for sale is a very rare LP from Todd Rundgren.

These are the toughest Rundgren pieces to get.

This includes a fold-out lyric sheet insert.
Condition:
Records: VG, Each record has a few noticeable marks when looking closely.
Cover: VG, There is normal shelf / ringwear that can be seen in the photograph. The gatefold cover is very sturdy.
My records are graded visually. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the record for a full refund.
