You know that piano line the second it hits and are never disappointed to hear it. 'Children's lead is one of the most-played trance melodies ever written, and now Tinlicker's taken a crack at reworking it. The Dutch pair are smart, really, cause they don't mess with what made the original work; they just build around it with atmospheric pads, driving percussion and the kind of thing to tweak, not totally renovate. Robert Miles' theme stays right up front where it belongs. There are two versions here - a tighter edit that DJs can actually drop into a set without fuss, and an extended cut that stretches out and gives the track room to breathe. Nothing flashy, just a well-judged update that respects the original.
