Original 1993 UK release on 2x12" vinyl. 
This Way Up, cat. no. 518306

Semi-gatefold sleeve (ie single flap opens out).

Condition (vinyl / sleeve): 

EX / Good-VG
Vinyl looks to be in good nick but the cover has a little damage on the spine.

Mint: as new, no marks or deterioration in sound // sleeve as new
EX: vinyl shows some signs of being played but very little lessening in listening quality // sleeve may have very minor wear
VG: vinyl shows signs of having been played but no major deterioration in sound quality, possibly with noticeable surface marks or very light scratches // sleeve may have signs of wear
Good: vinyl has been played many times with some deterioration in sound quality, with surface noise & mild scratches // sleeve may have folds, creases, tears or discoloration
Fair: vinyl is still playable but has major surface noise // sleeve may be torn, marked or defaced

Condition addendum 9/5/09: thought I'd add a picture of the spine scuffing which is fairly minor as you can see.  I think I've underrated the condition looking at other ebay listings.  On a less strict basis the sleeve is VG-EX as long as you view the spine nicks as minor.
