Description
TITLE/INFO: If you have interest in great conditioned "oldies" music, please continue to check in on my site as I have many more items to sell yet - LPs, 45's, CDs, and more - thank you in advance. This rare LP by the sexy, Tina Louise - her 1st and only LP ever released - is on the original (and obscure) Concert Hall Records from 1957. Tina became much more famous as the beautiful and sexy Ginger on the popular '60's TV show "Gilligan's Island" but apparently aspired to be a singer in the late '50's - and that's what makes this piece so attractive and collectible. In addition, the sexy cover photo on this LP doesn't hurt either..... As I mentioned, the album which is entitled "It's Time For Tina" is on the original and obscure Concert Hall Records label (H1521) from 1957 and is in very good overall shape - both the jacket and record. There are some signs of mild discoloration and light wear on the jacket's backside, but the attractive front cover is perfectly fine - and I'm thinking this might be a big reason for wanting this piece. The album itself features 12 slow and sexy songs from her early years in showbiz and she sounds just fine - although there is some very light background noise. As previously stated, the LP was released back in 1957 - in mono - and all the song titles, the jacket covers front and backsides, and both label sides are shown in the 12 pictures above, so please check them all out. FYI, I will be listing their LPs, 45's, and more in the future, so if you are a fan of the old days of music when vinyl was king, please bookmark my sight - thank you. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, this somewhat rare and hard to find early Tina Louise LP is in better than average shape and as always, I have begun the auction at a low opening bid and have no reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck! FYI, if anyone wants to bid on multiple items to save on postage costs, I am more than happy to "save" your winning pieces here at the house until you are ready for shipping - just tell me ahead of time, wait for my invoice (not EBay's), and pay for each item as you win them. In addition to this record, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and even some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my entire personal collection, and there are 100's more to list yet -- of all varieties and genres. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are original pressings and in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!! If anyone ever needs more info than what is listed, please email me. I will respond! POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES: In the United States, the buyer agrees to pay $5.00 (Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation) for the first LP purchased, and then just $.50 per album after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are $26.00 for this LP and then just $4.00 per LP after that. PLEASE NOTE: I will not be responsible for records that are lost or damaged by either US or overseas Postal Services. However, for additional fees, I will gladly ship the packages Priority Mail and/or add insurance! Please email me with either, or both, requests if this is of interest to you. Also, please continue to check out "rogersrecords" on ebay for future collectible records of all types. There are many more to come! browser does not support JavaScript.
