Dr.Timothy Leary PH.D.- L.S.D. LP.

1966 Pixie Records Cat# CA1069. Mono

The vinyl i would rate a STRONG VG+.(Very Good +) or better.It has no visable scratches and looks like it wasen't played more than a few times.It's Mono and on the original Pixie lable.

The cover i would rate the same.It's really nice with only some very mild ringwear on the front.It has NO splits,tears,stickers,tape,writing or  other unwanted markings or damage to be found on it.

Altogether it a very respectable copy of this rare LP and would make any collector proud.

About the LP: (From the back cover liner notes.)

L.S.D.-25 -Lysergic Acid Diethylamide was discovered in 1938 by Dr.Albert Hofmann,a Swiss chemist.He later reported,in 1943,the hallucinogenic effects.LSD the most powerful of the controversial conciousness-expanders,has become the hub of growing professional and public interest.Some believe it to be harmful,while others like Dr. Timothy Leary,believe it to be a "cerebral vitamin." LIFE magazine reports "at least one million doses of LSD will be taken in the United States this year." Recently one firm allowed to distribute LSD in the Unites States ,withdrew it from the market.
