On offer here is a rare1979 reissue of the 1977 Throbbing Gristle LP '2nd Annual Report' re-cut in March 1979 by Steve Angel.This (TGs first album) was originally issued on Industrial Records IR0002 in a very limted production run of a few hundred copies. I have owned this copy from new having obtained it from none other than Genesis P Orridge himself for use on a film project I was working on in 1979. It has had only 5 or 6 plays, from new including playing for grading!!!! This particular copy is especially rare because it still has its original Questionnaire and TG insert page. These are printed on very lightweight paper and are easily torn or creased - both inserts are in near mint condition - the questionnaire having only a small crease across one corner. These inserts are virtually impossible to find and these are the only copies I have seen. I have never found reference to these inserts in any TG discographies!!!

Sleeve Unlaminated sleeve Ex + condition A stunning example with strong colour, perfectly flat with no fading, no writing ,just a very light ringmark on front and a couple of very light creases, one to opening edge and one on spine edge - not detrimental to overall excellent appearance. All opening edges sharp with no wear.Spine excellent with all text legible.

Labels Near Mint Strong colours, no fading, no writing or spindle marks.

Vinyl Near Mint Perfectly flat and still with it's original 'just pressed' sheen, no marks - Really fantastic condition!

Sound A Just very light surface noise on run ins and just slight surface noise on last track side one for about 1 minute - really negligible.No jumps, clicks or pops and zero groove wear!!!

Liner Near Mint Original paper liner.

Inserts Ex + to Near Mint Original paper questionnaire and insert ( questionnaire has small crease across one corner).Both inserts are unmarked.

This could be a near unique copy having both its original inserts in almost mint condition. certainly another complete copy would be almost impossible to find in this outstanding condition!!!
