You are bidding on an original limited edition copy of Throbbing Gristle's early LP "Second Annual Report" on Industrial Records (IR 0003). This edition was limited to 785 copies and I bought it the week it came out. It still has the little price label from Virgin Records dated 28.2.78 (February 28th 1978).
The sleeve is a generic white stock sleeve, with the small strip on the front cover, and on the back glued paper with the info about the band. There's also a small note inside about it playing quietly.
The inner grooves have the numbers IR 002 A 2 and IR 002 B 2 on them and a triangle with 2149 next to it. The condition of the vinyl and the cover are excellent to near MINT, with no fading or yellowing of the white sleeve. I played it a couple of times when I bought it and it's been sitting quietly in a plastic sleeve in a record box ever since.
I am relisting this item as the original buyer dropped out, claiming his two sons had been bidding on his behalf without his knowledge. I'm inclined to believe him, but either way that sale had reached over $320 on ebay before they hijacked it, so I expect some interest in it.
