On offer here is a very rare EP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Them called "Them". The tracks on the EP are 'Dont Start Crying Now', 'Philosophy', 'Baby Please Dont Go', and 'One, Two, Brown Eyes'. This is the ORIGINAL UK 1965 Decca pressing, and is in STUNNING condition!!!! HOWEVER THIS IS A VERY VERY RARE COPY OF THIS EP!!!! IT IS A GENIUNE 'FACTORY SAMPLE' COPY!!!! FACTORY SAMPLES WERE RELEASED IN LIMITED NUMBERS FOR RADIO STATION AND PRESS USE. THESE ARE VERY VERY RARE AND VERY VERY HARD TO FIND!!!! This particular 'Factory Sample' copy has a 'Factory Sample' sticker on the back of the cover near the bottom, and also a 'Not For Re-Sale' sticker near the top on the back. What makes this copy even more authentic is that on the 'Not For Re-Sale' sticker there is a handwritten date '10/65' - which of course would have been the date the EP left the factory - or possibly the date it was given to the press or Radio Station!!!! Both stickers are clearly ORIGINAL and make this EP MUCH more desirable!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!! The record is pressed on thick quality vinyl. The Cat. No is DFE 8612 on the UNBOXED Decca label (see pictures) and is a MONO pressing!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!! Any fan of Them, Demos or Factory Samplers, EPs, or 60s/70s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!! The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and barely ANY spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition for its age. Most of these singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a VERY few of the LIGHTEST paper scuffs only visible under the BRIGHTEST of lights!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THIS RECORD STILL HAS A 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! AWESOME!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, and NO crackle!!!! This is how I FOUND the record, and I have NOT used any nasty chemicals, or buffing machines to make it look better - it GENIUNELY is this STUNNING!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion. The record must grade Excellent+!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The FACTORY SAMPLE Cover is in STUNNING condition with NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, NO corner wear, barely ANY creases and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is RAZOR straight, and even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and barely ANY yellowing!!!! The cover must be graded FULL Excellent if not better!!!! HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a GREAT looking EP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this EP by Them in this sort of condition!!!!
