THEM “Now-and Them” TOP! 1968 Acid Fuzz Psych lp M-
1968/Canada/Capitol Records ST-6278….. here’s a clean original pressing of this post Van Morrison gem. The cover is in gorgeous condition with a light corner dings lower right, there is a delete hole top left corner, slight shelf soiling bottom back cover, top seam paper is lightly folded over the back, otherwise the cover is solid and clean with no splits. The vinyl is in M- like new condition! Clean labels have no spindle marks. A Keeper copy of this rare lp. Please check my auctions for other psych, prog, and rock lp’s. The Band that once supported Van Morrison and led him to stardom, was alone in Hollywood, far far away from their Northern Ireland home, experimenting with the growing Psychedelic Movement, particularly active where they were stationed, The West-Coast. They had been there since Early 1967, catching the whole growing movement since its roots and gathered immense information from the whole thing, which they exposed with their Two Albums, released during the Period. After this the Band was finished. Half of it returned to Ireland and the other Half remained in America, playing in another Band.
GRADING
MINT: I consider New Unplayed or Sealed items only.
M- or Mint Minus, very clean with clean visual appearance and sound, there may be a couple of light inaudible hairline scuffs or such and will be mentioned in the listing, a Mint- record looks and plays very clean. Same for the cover. Very clean with no delete or other issues.
EXCELLENT: still very collectable for most, visually and sonicly clean. A handful of light inaudible scuffs, or hairlines. Cover will be clean with little wear, or delete. No splits.
VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal wear, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have some minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much. Cover will have slight shelf wear, and or delete, minor split.
VG+ the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects.
