THELONIOUS MONK UNIQUE 1956 MONO 1ST PRESS LP EXC Vinyl Record Deep Gr RLP12-209
Offering an extremely clean EXC copy of Thelonious Monk's "The Unique". This Mono, Deep Groove, First Pressing was released on the Riverside label in 1956. Genre defining, genius artist and recording of jazz at its best, not to be missed!

• Vinyl EXC condition. Extremely clean, glossy and flat. Center labels clean and vibrant. Observed a few, very light lines on both sides which could not be felt with a soft, clean fingertip (not fingernail!). On Side-1, Track-2, about 3/4 of the way through, there's an ~ 1/8" "parallel to grooves" line that we lightly felt with a soft, clean fingertip (not fingernail!). The 7th image has a pointer hovering above item (not touching, ever) pointing very close to this line that is in the hot reflection, in the upper right quadrant. Audio clip available upon request.
• Cover is EXC+ condition. This original cover is super clean and flat. No folds, splits, stains. Nearly negligible edge and corner wear. Front surface has exceedingly light wear and a crackle line in upper right corner that all need a very harsh light to see. Back surface has very faint wear mostly near edges and a very light pencil marking in extreme upper left corner. See photos for more details.
• Sleeve EXC+ condition but not original. This is a new plain white sleeve with center hole cut. See photos for details.
