DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: couple of tape marks, otherwise fine: EX
ACETATE: just a few very fine surface hairlines...plays very nicely with just surface noise before and after the tracks..no pops, skips or distortion...lovely clear sound throughout: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX
LABELS: a couple of light marks, otherwise Superb: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
