THE YANKEE DOLLAR The Yankee Dollar US DOT RECORDS LP + Dot Inner DLP 25874!
Original US LP with the original Dot Records Merchandising printed inner protective sleeve.
Released in 1968 on the DOT RECORDS label.
Catalogue number: DLP 25874.
Sleeve/Record: VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT CONDITION (*Plays EXCELLENT)
Sleeve in VERY GOOD condition, displaying some wear. Sleeve has small deletion drill hole on the bottom left hand corner, some record sleeve ring wear with partial sleeve print rubbed, sleeve edge wear on top/bottom and spine with sleeve print worn and missing in places, small sleeve print splits forming on the left hand side bottom edge and top spine edge owing to heavy wear and small pink sleeve print mark on the back (don’t know what this is? but was on the sleeve when purchased). There are no rips/tears (apart from edge wear), and no deep lined sleeve creases. Original inner DOT RECORDS company inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT- (minus) condition, displays a tiny top record insert edge tear and corresponding sleeve drill hole (matching sleeve’s) and a small minor light bottom middle edge split, there is no other damage evident.
Record labels are in EXCELLENT+ condition, clean with some light traces of small spindle hole marks showing on both sides. Playing surfaces and matrix areas are in EXCELLENT condition, retains the original full original glossy sheen on both sides, displays some small ultra-light mainly fine line surface scuffs, which only appear/show up when angled and viewed closely under a strong bright light.
*Record plays EXCELLENT both sides, clean sound throughout with no noticeable loud background crackles or clicks, some minor low level surface noise can be heard infrequently, however this is slight/light and not consistent throughout.
Downsizing my personal record collection: Sleeve shows wear, however the LP is an EXCELLENT player.
