Yellow Promo Label 45 with PROMOTIONAL ONLY PICTURE SLEEVE FROM 1970.The Hardest to find U.S. Who Picture sleeve(Only the 2nd one I've seen in over 20 years of dealing in records).Stock copies of this single were never issued and this picture sleeve was never sold in stores.

Condition of sleeve is GOOD-VG with light ring wear, some creases along top left edge,a few marks and slightly pushed in bottom right corner(not torn ).45 is NEAR-MINT!(VERY NICE with clean bright labels)
