Description
THE WHO - "WHO'S ZOO" PICTURE DISC. TMOQ DELUXE SERIES.
This gem of an album was released in the USA in 1974, by the lovely people at Trademark Of Quality.
The standard(!) copy of this album was a 2 lp set, on plain black vinyl. (I will be listing this one soon) This picture disc version contains the tracks from sides 3+4 of that album, containing both studio and live recordings. At the time of it's release, many of these tracks were unreleased in the USA, which made this a popular and sought after collection. I will list the tracks further down.
The artwork is by William G. Stout, and is quite simply stunning. It depict's Pete as a camel, Roger as a lion, John as an ox (what else?) and Keith as a monkey.The rear of the disc shows a circus ringmaster, the tracklistings and the TMOQ logo. Across the centre hole are the words "A menagerie of obscure tracks hitherto unreleased on any American L.P's."
It's in excellent condition, no visible scratches, centre labels unmarked, and the picture runs right to the centre hole. It's printed on possibly the heaviest vinyl made, weighing 270g without the sleeve! The sleeve is a generic thick pink card, the same one it was released in 36 years ago. Here's the tracklisting.

So, to sum it up, it's a beauty, it's rare, and it's one for the serious Who Collector. I will listen to sensible offers. I am going to be listing LOTS of Who records, many first pressings and rarities in the near future, so please take a look at my other items.
