Description

Welcome to the part sale of my own record collection. As many record collectors may already know I used to run a vinyl shop on here for many years and over that period put aside some gems for my own collection. It has come that time to break down some of it, so coming in the next month or so...Lots of rock, Pink Floyd, Who, Queen, Kinks Etc, many rare and fine collectables. I will try to add daily or every other day until they are gone,

This is an auction for a LP by The Who, Sell Out.

Released on Track records in 1967 and has catalogue number 612002. Matrix..612002 A 2 12...612002 B 1 11. This record in Mono, laminated front and rear sleeve.

Condition: The sleeve comes in fine condition, other than just a hint of discolour, light buffing to the mouth and bottom edge and the usual lamination creases this is in fine condition, the spine looks new, a crisp sleeve, please check the pictures for further clarification, the sleeve is certainly graded at EX, possibly a little better than this grade.

This comes with its original 'patent' inner sleeve which is split along one side edge and has pen writing, track listing.

Both labels come in fine condition, judging by the amount of spindle trails seen this is certainly not well played, the centre-hole is close to perfect with just a little buffing seen, being fussy. The black surface has a couple of very discreet marks seen under closer examination, please check the pictures, fine labels.

The vinyl actually retains some of its rainbow shine, pointing to the fact this is hardly played but does have one visible scratch on side two and other smaller scratches/feather scratches seen under closer examination. Playing with occasional surface noise, the above mentioned scratch is audible. a majority of this record plays fine and clear, this can only be graded at VG, with the audio on 90 percent of this record being much better than graded.

Certainly not for the purist but better than a gap filler, fine sleeve, hardly played.

Please check my other listings, Zombies, Odessey & Oracle, 1968, Mono, A1/B1 in collectors condition on my Ebay now. Pink Floyd, their first 5 singles, Floyds LPs, The Who LPs & 45s on my Ebay this week some in tiptop condition. Please check my listings.
