Description
This is the fifth in a series of listings from a collection of original posters that came to my old record shop Vinyl Vaults back in the day, all are from the retail weekly newspaper Record retailer & music Industry News, these posters were tucked inside each issue, the idea being to stick them on the wall in your shop to promote / advertise current artists. All have been folded as the newspaper was in a 'tabloid' style. They have never been displayed - if they had you would not be looking at this now, as it would have been discarded when the single was no longer selling.
27. The Who - PICTURES OF LILY dated 25/5/67, this is at least in good condition, with no pin holes, some weathering can be seen, it measures 16.5 x 11" approx.
These are my 3 favourite posters from the collection that I got and I would be more than happy to keep them all, some may think the price is ridiculous but try to find another set like this, recently these were offered to the band for their 50th world tour programme.
Postage in the u.k. will be £3.60 and will be sent rolled, a certificate of posting is always requested for your convenience & piece of mind. I will send abroad and this will cost much more.
