CONDITION OF COVER: NEAR MINT

This cover is exceptionally close to a MINT grading.  I am sure that many collectors would grade this sleeve as mint, however I am grading it as near mint just to be safe.  There are no defects in the lamination and all corners and edges are sharp on this single sleeve.  Both the front and the rear of the cover are laminated.

This is an incredible looking album.  These albums are usually well played and covered in scratches, surface marks and spindle marks.  This copy is not, it is a shiny copy with very few visual defects.  There are a few light surface marks on both sides caused by removal from the paper sleeve, these marks are not audible.  This copy looks very clean, even when held to the light.

The labels are incredible, there is only one light spindle mark on Side Two.  Such evidence proves that this record has rarely been played and has been well looked after.

PLAY GRADING:

I have played the album from start to finish on a PS-LX350H Sony deck.  I have also cleaned the disc with a suitable anti-static record cleaning spray.  The sound quality is incredible, this is a very dynamic and loud pressing with no distortion.  There is minimal surface noise and some occasional crackle.  It would be difficult to find a better pressing.

This album is a must for any fan of "The Who".  This copy is the next best thing to the first pressing and will be in better condition than the majority of the first pressings.  This copy should please most collectors.

Packaging Information:

This record will be sent in a high quality cardboard record mailing envelope, protected with two strong cardboard stiffeners to prevent unwanted bending during transportation.  The record will be "sandwiched" between the cardboard stiffeners. The envelope will be sealed with strong brown tape.
