CONDITION OF VINYL (visual grading and play-grading):

VISUAL GRADING:

SIDE ONE: VERY GOOD

SIDE TWO: VERY GOOD(-)

Both sides of this rare LP are in very good visual condition.  The vinyl retains some of its original gloss.  There are several light hairline and surface marks which do not affect playback.  Side two is graded slightly lower due to some clearly visible surface marks in the final track (these do not affect playback). 

CONDITION OF LABELS:

There are some light spindle marks to the textured Reaction labels (see pictures). 

PLAY-GRADING:

SIDE ONE: VERY GOOD

SIDE TWO: VERY GOOD

I have play-graded both sides of this rare LP on a PS-LX350H Sony deck equipped with an Ortofon cartridge at a light tone arm setting.  Both sides sound great as one would expect from a mono pressing from this era.  There is virtually no distortion although there is some very occasional light background noise and some faint crackle with the occasional click.

CONDITION OF SLEEVE: VERY GOOD(-)

The fully laminated single sleeve printed by E.J. Day is in very good condition.  There are some indentation marks, creases and some light lamination lifting in areas.  The spine is intact and readable despite some creasing.  There is a crack mark in the word 'THE' on the spine.  The opening is not feathered. 

SUMMARY:

This LP is essential for any 'Who' fan or collector.  Original copies of this LP are becoming harder to find and are very sought after.  This LP would make an ideal collection filler until a better original comes along and is a great sounding copy.  Please bid early to avoid disappointment.

PACKAGING INFORMATION:

This record will be sent to you in a high quality cardboard record mailing envelope and it will be protected by two strong cardboard stiffeners in order to prevent unwanted bending during transportation. The record will be placed in a PVC outer sleeve and “sandwiched” between the cardboard stiffeners. The envelope will be sealed with strong brown tape.

Please bid with confidence. I will always aim for the record to reach you in the same condition in which it leaves me, especially since having had disappointing experiences receiving badly packaged records.
