Up for auction is this super rare psych monster White Label Promo LP album The Third Power Believe on Vanguard VSD-6554. This album was released in 1970. I have owned this album over 20 years and have played it twice since the Diskwasher and Sound Guard treatments. The front cover has some ring wear, is stamped with the WBMI (Meriden, CT) station stamp and has a circled T written on the upper left corner but has always been in a poly sleeve. The back cover Has T and GREAT!!! in two circles, and the WBMI stamp again, and all of the song titles have been circled and graded. "DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE" is stamped at the top. All of this except for the DEMONSTRATION stamp was done by the DJ at WBMI. So I would grade the cover as very good for a DJ played item. The record is mint minus and has always been in a poly-lined inner sleeve. Please contact me if you want a photo of the rear. From my personal collection. A rare opportunity to get this album in any condition and a great album for the collector or fan of this type of music!
