Description
Rare original copy of The Stooges' 1970 release "Fun House" on Elektra Records EKS-74071.
This is a stereo LP with the "Butterfly Labels". This particular copy is a Monarch Press as indicated by the stamped (MR) in a circle. This copy's etchings also display the "Artisan Stamp" which follows the Monarch info.
This copy provides truly excellent playback and sounds just as raw and alive as it did at the time of release. This copy blows away any re-issue available. A very rare collectors item in this condition. The gatefold cover is very well preserved and this copy includes the original inner sleeve as well.
Record: VG+ This LP looks and sounds phenomenal. There are faint paper scuffs and signs of use. These are only superficial and have no affect on playback. The grooves are very well preserved and the LP still has a fantastic shine. Minor noise may be present in between songs. Play tested, sounds fantastic!
Cover: VG+ beautiful cover with only minor signs of wear on the corners. Only issue is the hole punched in the last "S" in "Stooges". Looks fantastic. See photos above.
