Description

This is a very rare copy of The Smiths "Sweet and Tender Hooligan" 12" on Reprise Records.

Here is a description of the release from the Smiths Collector's Appendix:

"The Cornelius Carr front and back artwork was adapted for the 12" format (view front and back from left menu). The record is slipped inside a plastic anti-static inner sleeve. At Morrissey's request Reprise pulled out of their vaults the vintage 'tricolor' label design which they has abandoned in 1968. This version of the label had been used on records released on Reprise by some of Morrissey's heroes such as Frank Sinatra (who founded Reprise) or the Kinks.
Ranked #40 in the 2005 Record Collector Top 100 Smiths collectibles"

The record itself is in excellent condition, and in the few years I have owned it has only been played once. The sleeve looks great with the exception of a slightly bent top right corner, as shown in the photos.

Tracklist:

A1: Sweet and Tender Hooligan
A2: I Keep Mine Hidden

B1: Work Is A Four-Letter Word
B2: What's the World?
