Description

This auction is for 14 twelve inch singles by The Smiths. Most are pictured below (the picture sleeve is to the left and the inner sleeve to the right of most, with one picture of one record on it's own to show the poster that comes with it). They are:

1. That Joke Isn't Funny Anymore. - RTT186 Rough Trade Records 1985. Comes with cream inner sleeve. Very good condition.

2. Ask. - RTT 194. Rough Trade Records 1986. Comes with pink inner sleeve. Very good condition.

3. What Difference Does it Make? RTT 146. Rough Trade Records 1984. Comes with plain inner sleeve. Very good condition.

4. Big Mouth Strikes Again. RTT 192. Rough Trade Records 1986. Comes with lovely Cadbury purple inner sleeve! Very good condition.

5. Sheila Take a Bow. RTT 196. Rough Trade Records 1987. Comes with pink inner sleeve. Very good condition. (not pictured in these extra pictures but is shown in main pic of all the records together)

6. The Boy with the Thorn in His Side. RTT 191. Rough Trade Records 1985. Comes with orange inner sleeve. Very good condition.

7. How Soon is Now? RTT 176. Rough Trade Records 1985. Comes with plain inner sleeve. Sleeve has a little wear / couple of crease marks but not bad and the record itself is in very good condition.

8. Last Night I Dreamt That Somebody Loved Me. RTT 200. Rough Trade Records 1987. Comes with black inner sleeve. Very good condition.
9. Shakespeare's Sister. RTT 181. Rough Trade Records 1985. Comes with inner sleeve with light tinted version of outer sleeve picture. Very good condition.

10. I Started Something I Couldn't Finish. RTT 198. Rough Trade Records 1987. Comes with black inner sleeve. Very good condition.
11. Shoplifters of the World Unite. RTT 195. Rough Trade Records. 1986. Comes with pink inner sleeve. Very good condition.

12. Girlfriend in a Coma. RTT 197. Rough Trade Records 1987. Comes with black inner sleeve and free poster.Very good condition.

13. Panic. .RTT 193. Rough Trade Records 1986. Comes with turquoise blue inner sleeve. This would be in good condition but has some marking to the outer and inner sleeve which I think would come off with a damp cloth but I'd rather leave it to the new owner to decide if they want to try this. Record would be very good but has a mark on it, again I think this would come off but I'd rather sell it as it is and describe honestly.

14. Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now. RTT 156 Rough Trade Records 1984. Comes with plain inner sleeve. Very good condition.

This is a great lot of singles, some rare especially in this condition. Great addition to any collection.

I have amended the main picture of all the records as it has been pointed out the original picture had an error- sorry! This is the correct picture and all records in it are also pictured more closely in the text above.
