Description
100% Original Damage Done bought by me in 1980 at Listen Ear records in Newcastle. Only 1,000 made and this is one of them. All the usual signifiers of a genuine copy - visible cross on cover, A PORKY PRIME CUT MR7-PICTURE-1 EG FOR SPIGGY (on "Words" side) and A NUDDER PORKY PRIME CUT FOR TRIXIE MR-7-WORDS-1 EG (on "Picture" side) on run out grooves. (In other words it's one of the even rarer mis-labeled copies). In generally good condition for a 34 year old record. Disc is pretty dusty with a few minor marks. Nothing serious. No idea how it plays as I no longer have a turntable but it's probably not the sort of thing you'd want to play anyway. I'm guessing it will play fine but it's the rarity value that's the thing here. No tears on sleeve, just general minor wear and tear as you'd expect. It's been housed in a plastic sleeve for many years. Low starting price (A copy went for £665.97 the other week) so grab this before I change my mind! I've still got a soft spot for The Sisters but it's probably time to let someone else enjoy owning this very rare record.
