Description
A NM copy of the Classic Records 45 RPM boxed set of The Royal Ballet Gala Performances. This high quality set, contains 9 separate one-sided discs pressed on heavy 200 gram audiophile vinyl, providing what is most likely the closest reproduction to the original master tapes of this special recording that is available. I played this set once. The records all contain the signature of Bernie Grundman who oversaw the pressing of this set. Ernest Ansermet conducts music from Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Sylphides, Giselle, Coppelia, Boutique Fantasque and Carnaval. Originally issued as RCA Living Stereo LDS 6065.
The set is complete. It is heavy (weighs just over 7 pounds not including packaging) and I will only ship it by insured mail at the buyer's cost. The handling charge shown on the listing includes the estimated cost of insurance. Shipping will be quoted at the end of the listing(s). Records are shipped in heavy cardboard mailers designed specifically for LP's with bubble wrap or cardboard inserts for protection.
If you feel that my description of the record is inaccurate in some respect, you can return the record for a refund of the full purchase price (less shipping).
