Record is G+ vinyl is pretty decent except there are two small rough patches on either side of the record. I have not attempted to play this record and can not promise anything as to whether the record will or won't skip through these patches. Listing is more about the sleeve. See pics, both sides defects pictured. Sleeve is VG Warhol real zipper sleeve in pretty good shape. Zipper works with the underwear printed behind. Original inner sleeve included
