THE ROLLING STONES - IT’S ONLY ROCK N’ ROLL Monarch PROMO Hype NM
COC 79101
Please note: This is a brand new account because I have been commissioned to sell a large collection of records that once belonged a DJ in Santa Barbara, CA (more about him below) and the collection belongs to DodgerBob. The lack of feedback is due to this, but I have been selling for years under my account which is: nowhere.man where I have a 100% positive feedback score with 326 transactions and tons of great seller reviews. If you have any questions or concerns, you may look up my other account at nowhere.man and read through them and/or message me there until we build the same customer satisfaction as I have done there.
There are many, many incredible promotional copies mainly from the late 60’s through the 70’s being listed now and for some time to come...please follow us and check out our other listings- we of course offer combined shipping on multiple purchases...we will simply add $1 USD per additional album.

WOW!! For sale is a nearly pristine promo copy of The Rolling Stones classic album It’s Only Rock N’ Roll! It appears unplayed and has the original hype and promo stickers. This is also a rarer, desirable Monarch pressing from the Monarch Record Manufacturing Plant in LA...Monarch pressings are highly sought after for their superior sound quality due to many reasons...higher quality vinyl itself, early, high quality source material and manufacturing parts and smaller pressing runs. This album is guaranteed to sound incredible!
Matrix/Runouts:
1: ROLLINGSTONESRECORDS ST-RS-743197-FF <19395(2) PR
2: ROLLINGSTONESRECORDS ST-RS-743198-KK <19395-x(5) (MR) (circled & stamped)
Sleeve: NM-
BEAUTIFUL crisp sleeve...hype sticker in excellent condition and promo sticker affixed to front...slight bump to corner, promo saw cut, “From The Collection of Bob Senn” stamped on rear. Slight impression on rear sleeve. Spines and seams are all in perfect, unsplit, uncracked and fully legible condition. See pics.
Disc: NM-
GORGEOUS disc retains all of it’s original glossy sheen...only the faintest wispy sleeve removal traces, faint factory “streaks” appear/disappear when tilted under bright light. Disc appears unplayed, or if at all, played and handled very little.
Labels: NM
Labels are perfect with no unwanted writing or marks. No spindle traces or evidence of play.
Inner: NM-
Thick cardboard custom inner sleeve is nearly perfect save for a small corner bump and the promo saw cut which has just barely made it through to the inner. No splits, bends or creases.
——————————————————
This copy is from the collection of Bob Senn - a renowned Santa Barbara, California DJ and program director for KTMS FM “The Rock on the Coast”. When Mr. Senn passed, his collection was acquired by my friend who has commissioned me to help sell them. There are thousands of records in the collection, almost all promotional copies in mint or close to mint condition.

IMPORTANT INFO:
———————-
A PLAY CHECK CAN BE REQUESTED BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENT OTHERWISE IT WILL BE ASSUMED NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE MADE ABOUT ANY PLAY ISSUES.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ALMOST CERTAINLY DUST IN THE GROOVES AS THESE RECORDS HAVE SAT UNTOUCHED FOR NEARLY 40 YEARS. I CAN GIVE THE DISCS A SIMPLE WASH USING MY SPIN CLEAN IF ASKED, BUT I HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO AS DUE TO THE IMMACULATE CONDITION OF MOST OF THESE, I WANT TO HANDLE THEM AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. I RECOMMEND CLEANING BEFORE PLAYING FOR BEST RESULTS.

(If Priority Shipping total comes to $10 or less, a $3 refund will be given- the extra cost is to cover shipping materials- mailers, stiffeners, extra inner and outer sleeves)

Don’t hesitate to ask any questions you might have and thank you for looking!

Grading System:
SS (Still Sealed)
Unopened records, still in original shrink wrap. In original manufactured condition unless otherwise noted (i.e. evidence of mildew or bent corners, etc.)
M (Mint)
The record and sleeve are in perfect, original condition. The record may have been played but will have no evidence of deterioration. (I will only use this grade on SEALED records that appear to be Mint as I believe any non-new, opened record cannot be truly called MINT.
NM (Near Mint)
A nearly perfect record. Any visible defects are of the type that "disappear" when the record is tilted under a strong light and they should not affect play. Sleeves in near mint condition will have no obvious signs of wear. Practically imperceptible ring wear may be allowed but no creases, seam-splits, or other easily detected flaws will be present.
EX (Excellent)
A very clean record. Near mint except for slight, superficial signs of wear. Sleeves in this condition may have marginal defects, but will not have significant creases or splits.
VG+ (Very Good Plus)
A well-cared-for record that is noticeably less than perfect, but defects are not visually or audibly distracting. Record surfaces may have slight scuffs or light scratches, but are still primarily clean. Sleeves may have some creases or minor ring wear, but should not be split.
VG (Very Good)
A used, reasonable copy to play. Many of the defects found in a VG+ copy will be more pronounced in VG condition. Surface noise may be evident and sleeves may look worn, but the record is still a decent copy.
G (Good)
A well-worn record that is still playable. Good does not necessarily mean "bad" but a record in this condition will have audible distractions and may have visible groove wear. Sleeves may have all manner of defects, but are still intact.
FA (Fair) and P (Poor)
These grades are for beat-up records. I will only sell records in these grades if they are extremely rare and sought-after.
