With the discontinuation of Japan Post's International e-Packet service and the resumption of Small Packet, we have updated our shop's shipping methods.
For the time being, we will mainly use FedEx (courier) and Small Packet (Japan Post). In addition to these, depending on the situation, we also use EMS and International Parcel (Japan Post).

  • About Small Packet:
Small Packet is an affordable shipping service for small and lightweight items. - In the case of the USA, the usual delivery time from shipping to arrival is typically around 1 week to 10 days. It has limitations on package size and weight. Weight is up to 2kg. Size is up to total of 90 cm for all three dimensions. (including packaging materials.)  *However, even if the package weighs less than 2 kg, FedEx may be more cost-effective (varies by country or region). If you are considering using Small Packet for purchasing multiple items, please contact us before making your payment. * Small Packet is Generally not trackable.
  • About FedEx:
Regarding Expedited Shipping, in our shop, FedEx is often more cost-effective than EMS, so we basically use FedEx.(In some countries, we treat FedEx as standard shipping.) Furthermore, even if you specify Small Packet, if it does not fit in one package or if FedEx is the more cost-effective, we will guide you towards using FedEx.
In both of these shipping methods, charges vary based on weight. Therefore, when you making multiple purchases, please contact us or request an invoice before payment.
Furthermore, International e-Packet Light and SAL, which are even more cost-effective than Small Packet, have not yet resumed.
