A - 1 RECORDS LABEL 1972 ORIGINAL FIRST US PRESSING WITH SINGLE SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT + PLAYING CONDITION.

 

A - 1 9002 STEREO

 

 

 

 

 

Released in 1972 on the A - 1 label, I am offering today this original and very hard to find first US pressing of this classic album by THE RIMSHOTS titled "SOUL TRAIN". Every track on this is a killer !!

The album comes complete with hard card single sleeve which is a bit grubby with a  special import sticker and a sticker removal tear on the front and a drill hole in the corner, and has the original generic white inner sleeve which also has a drill hole in the corner.

I have just played this album through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays exceptionally well with absolutely no sticks or skips etc but there is the odd light pop to be heard occasionally which may go with a good clean.

Not easy to find the original LP these days. unlike the common as muck re issue

The VINYL, The Vinyl visually looks like it has hardly been played. And audibly it plays through well with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc, Any bidders should not be disappointed. 

The SLEEVE, The hard card single sleeve has a sticker removal tear on the front and a drill hole in the corner and It shows some wear to the edges and corners of the spine etc.  

The LABELS, The first issue A - 1 labels are very clean, showing virtually no spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.

The INNER, The original generic white inner is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc but has a drill hole in the corner .

 

I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
