Description

THE RATS "Intermittent Signals" LP from 1981 on Whizeagal Records. The Rats featured DEAD MOON members Fred Cole and Toody. It was Fred's PUNK band. The cover and vinyl are in incredible shape, near mint. Look closely at the picture and you can see there's still shrink-wrap protecting it.  I'm the original owner and kept good care of it.
