Description
Here is a very rare record. It comes from The Poems which featured pre Strawberry Switchblade Rose McDowall. The sleeve is in Excellent condition for its age with some soft creases as shown, no tears. The record is in Excellent condition. I test played it just now and it sounds great...please note there is a surface scratch on side B (12th photo), this does not cause any skipping, and after 3 listens now to hear it, it is actually quite hard to hear beyond the run in and run outs...I'm mentioning it just so you are 100% in the picture before you bid. The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve with no other inserts. The picture sleeve has been signed and dedicated. The story goes that I bought this back in 2006ish from someone who must have been assisting Rose with either her website at the time or maybe MySpace...I simply can't recall what the person's name was but they also included a gig ticket (you get this as part of the sale too) and signed it on the back. I asked this person to get Rose to sign the sleeve, which she duly did. This is super rare, you get the picture sleeve, plain inner sleeve, record and gig ticket in this sale. Polka Records DOT 1.
