Record is in great condition, plays excellent with only slight random background noise. VG+ if not NM
condition of sleeve:
Thick sleeve has seen better days, hold together, but top and bottom seam got some tearing. Lower side of the sleeve has suffered water damage and is quite "wrinkly". VG-
