Description

Many thanks for your interest in my records! I've collected records for over 30 years and as such sometimes take stock and realise how many duplicates I have accrued, and how many records I no longer listen to. The records I'm listing today are generally of lesser rarity, but are in really nice condition, I grade using the RRPG Record Collector grading system, though feel that I grade down if anything, please check my feedback for proof of this! I have sold many records (some incredibly rare ones in the 4 figures) over the years, so please rest assured that my gradings have been satisfactory so far! Though, If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me before leaving negative feedback. I haven't had negative feedback so far, and don't intend to start now if I can at all help it!
I'll combine records for the same price for up to 3 disks (double LPs count as 2!), and at as reduced a rate as I can beyond that! International bidders please ask, as I'll send them as cheaply as possible for you,but they must be sent tracked and insured.
Record Condition: VG- to avoid any disappointment, I'll grade this rare folk LP there, under a strong direct light, just a general covering of light surface marks ,but a few small ones that are slightly more signifficant. Still plays through fine, with a bit of background, ticks and pops occasionally. Name neatly written on the labels. A worthy copy of this rare LP, until a better one comes up for sale!
Sleeve Condition: VG- Again playing it safe with this grade, all edges are still strong, whilst a bit worn, the spine is stillin parts legible, the front and back sleeve has a few surface stains, possibly improvable wit dilligent use of a rubber? There is a small patch above the final "N" of penniNes where a price sticker has been removed, and caused an abbrasion, which the previous owner has tried to darken off with a bit of shading with a pen. Please check photos! In conclusion, a fairly played copy of a rather rare progressive folk LP! Often reminiscent of another local band the legendary TICKAWINDA. I do have both the other PENNINES LP and the incredibly rare TICKAWINDA LP tolist one day, but they are in superb condition, so for now I'll just list this one, which isn't in such pristine condition! Definitely a decent copy until that ever elusive perfect copy comes your way! I ALSO HAVE THE INCREDIBLE STRING BAND'S DEBUT ALBUMLISTED CURRENTLY WHICH MIGHT BE OF INTEREST TO YOU...

PLEASE NOTE THAT AS THE CURRENT PANDEMIC SITUATION EVOLVES, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO PREDICT EXACTLY WHAT RESTRICTIONS MAY BE ENFORCED FROM ONE WEEK TO THE NEXT, THEREFORE I CAN'T RULE OUT UNPREDICTED DELAYS ETC, BUT ASTHE WINNING BIDDER, I WILL WORK TO MAKE ANY UNFORSEEN OBSTICLES AS NON-DISRUPTIVE AS POSSIBLE! THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING!
Please check out my other items and if you like what you see, please consider adding me to your watched sellers, as I have many more records to list over the next months ranging from standard to extremely rare! Many thanks!

In a bid to reduce waste I have saved some of the better condition record mailers in which I have recieved records, (only the ones that look tidy enough, and certainly strong and substancial enough) with the intention of reusing them on records that I sell, I also do have purpose bought brand new cruciform record mailers. If you specifically don't want a reused mailer, I completely understand, but please contact me as you pay, if not, I'll assume that you're happy for me send your record in a reused mailer (though obviously only one that I deem tidy enough and fit for purpose!) Thanks!
Any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask, I will answer as fully as I can! Thanks for looking, happy bidding, and the very best of luck!
