Label is Tac-Ful TF 101. The record is in very good condition (VG), minor scuffing and a harmless edge warp that does not affect play.  Comes in a generic sleeve, super rare. I cleaned and played this record. It is crackly and plays with some distortion. I did a search and found a video on youtube and played it. It has the same crackles and distortion as this does. So I conclude that this is a pressing issue, not that the record has been abused. This is not perfect, please do not expect it to be. I do not have the means to provide a recording of this, wish I did.

Grading:

M (mint) - perfect, usually only new sealed records have this grade.

EX (excellent) - Almost NM, probably have very light paper scuffs that shouldn't affect sound quality.

VG+  (very good plus) - Will have a few marks (scuffs, hairlines). There may be some light background surface sound.

VG (very good)  -  Will have some scuffing and hairlines that will cause more background noise but not be overwhelming.

VG- (very good minus)  - playable but quite noisy, will used for very rare records.

G (good) - should play but with a lot of noise, used only for very rare records.
