This rare WLP was issued by his manager & talent agency Charles H. Stern Agency, Inc, Los Angeles, Calif. Pressed by Almo Music Corp, #LP-8076, MONO. This title is OOP at this time. See the pic for further details. This record was issued to promote Julius Wechter, leader of the Baja Marimba Band, as a "hit" composer. He would be available for writing assignments on request. His work also includes Herb Alpert, Maxwell House Coffee, Plymouth, United Airlines, Eldon Toys, Santa Anita Racetrack, Pacific Gas and Electric, Surfrider Suntan Lotion & more. Songs; Side 1:Spanish Flea, Brasilia, Up Cherry Street, Warm, The Nicest Things Happen. Side 2: Fowl Play, Bean Bag, The Nicest Things Happen, Blue Sunday, Spanish Flea. The vinyl is VG+ with a few light scratches from handling/usage that DO NOT affect play but may or may not be audible when playing. The jacket is G with some ringwear, staining front & rear plus below the album title on the front a sticker was removed causing some tear to the paper. BUT, SCARCE TO FIND! THIS ITEM IS SOLD AS IS.
