Rare original U.S. unnumbered 7" single w/ custom picture sleeve and insert on Plan 9 Records Yellow label circa 1982. Only 1000 pressed. Includes:

Item is in VG+ condition. (PL 1019) A NOTE ON OUR GRADING.
VG+ means no scratches, perhaps a few light scuffs or better, We only consider sealed items to be mint
