COVER CONDITION    Very Good Plus (VG+), The flipback sleeve is in nice condition with slight ring, edge and general wear.

RECORD CONDITION  Excellent to Mint minus  (EX to M-), the record is in great condition with only a couple of light scuffs and has great looking labels

GENERAL COMMENTS  This Australian only ep is getting harder to find in nice condition, this must be one of the best garage ep releases anywhere, this is the best copy that I have found in over 25 years, try finding another copy in this sort of condition.
