COVER CONDITION Excellent to Mint minus (EX to M-), The flipback sleeve is in great condition with a very slight crease on the top left corner, an old sticker stain on the back top flap and slight wear.
RECORD CONDITION Excellent minus (EX-), the record is in great condition with only some light scuffs and has great looking labels
GENERAL COMMENTS This Australian only ep is getting harder to find in nice condition, this must be one of the best debut garage ep releases anywhere, this is the best copy that I have found in over 25 years and this copy has no ringwear which most copies have, try finding another copy in this sort of condition.
