Description
I originally listed this rare album as a sealed album a few days ago- however I was uncomfortable with not being able to view the record & a gut feeling that it was not a genuine factory sealed album so I gave any buyer 2 choices after.it was purchased. I was reluctant to unseal it which would significantly reduce it's rarety & value, however I felt I owed it to any buyer to establish it's bona fides before it was sold-so I opened the sealed plastic! Turns out it was the right decision! The Album is in Outstanding Condition-(can this be a 50 year old album!-)- but in a used condition! Sleeve displays all the positive signs of a new album- with new stiffness overall & nice sharp entry edge & all other edges without any bumps abrasions or defects of any kind! There are no creases or wrinkles in the plastic whatsoever! The 4 Corners are nice & sharp! Color is a Brilliant new sheen (see photos) There are no abrasions or tears or marks or writing on any area Would have been a Mint Condition Rating except for some possible minor sticker gum residue or a tear (I don't know which as I don't dare muck around with it) on the left hand side top corner) being the only small negative! Vinyl Record retains a Brilliant New Shine--There is no writing or marks on label-There are a few small shallow scratches/scuffs which would have no affect on the Audio
So, there you have it! Not a new sealed album any more-but probably the Best used Icarus Album you will ever find!
