The Magic Bow, a collection of magnificent violin pieces played gorgeously by Michael Rabin with Felix Slatkin conducting, on rare Capitol top-logo stereo LP SP-8510. The disc has some marks, I have to admit, but after an unltrasonic cleaning this record plays unbelievably beautifully, about E+. There is an occasional isolated light tick, but almost the whole thing plays perfectly quietly and clearly. Really a great listen, despite the handful of marks. The cover is terribly split at the seams. The top seam is intact but the entire bottom it split and also most of the spine. I tried to show it clearly in the photos. There is also a corner ding at the lower right, and a bit of wear on the other three. Not totally ruined, however, as the artwork is still nicely intact and clear, looking nice in a protective plastic bag. Not a perfect copy but a great player, truly. I listened to the whole thing (I love to do so every chance I get) and it really plays magnificently.
