The Inti-Illimani Ensemble-Viva Chile!-LP-1973 Monitor Records USA issue-MFS 769 (Monitor Records USA release of this 1973 album by Chilean folk group The Inti-Illimani Ensemble, recorded in Milan in 1973, with lyrics in Spanish language.  This famous Chilean group was formed in 1967 by a group of university students, and were famous for their song “We Shall Win”, which became the anthem of the government of Salvador Allende.  The group was forced into exile from Chile in 1973 when the government of General Augusto Pinochet came to power.  The group was in Europe on tour at the time, and remained in exile for many years, and did not perform again in Chile until 1988.  Housed in original jacket in overall excellent condition, with edge wear to front right cover edge - see pic.  Contains fold out paper sheet with Spanish and English texts.  Vinyl LP is in VG+ condition showing a couple of light marks/scuffs – MFS 769)
