Visually graded condition of disc: Side One: Near Mint / Side Two: NM-  (Side two was played once back in 1969, Side one has never been played) 

Condition of sleeve: Shelf wear shows on back because it's black, otherwise in great condition. Corners show some light wear. Small spot of damage at top left of front where a 'numbered sticker' was removed years ago.
"Demonstration - not for sale" stamped on back.

These records were sorted, stored, moved a few times, and then stored again for decades.
Some carefully, others were not.
All of my gradings are strictly visual, and more often than not, quite generous.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
M-/NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
