Here is a rare and collectible library style set of records. All these records are in the Country Music Foundation Official Archive Collection. They have been released as a special and limited edition by The Franklin Mint Record Society. This particular set is from 1981 to 1984. One box set was sent out each month during these years. This collection includes 38 box sets with two records in each set. Each box set has two numbers (one for each record). This is the complete issues from one to seventy six. So you are getting 38 box sets with a total of 76 records. These boxes have a blue hard cloth finish with a leather binding on the folding edge. Each box set includes the following: A certified letter from the Frankllin Mint Record Society with an overview of what is in the set--A four page full size insert listing the songs and a history of each artist along with a lot of photos--Two ruby red vinyl records in special full face padded sleeves--foam sheets between each record to protect them. In some of these sets you will find additional inserts or phamplets all very informational. Each box has the title of the given set printed in nice bold type along the edge. A few have the titles worn off due to shelfwear. Two of the box sets have never been opened. All the records are in excellent condition. I would grade them a strong VG+ to near mint. The boxes show very little wear with all the bindings being fully intact. The records have hardly been played and two of the sets have never even been opened.
