Description
A fantastic northern soul rarity from THE GREATER EXPERIENCE, released on the obscure Colony "13" label out of Danville, VA, circa 1970. Tracks are: "Don't Forget to Remember" (3:09) and "Carol's Carol" (3:08).By Goldmine standards (M / NM / VG+ / VG / G / P), a conservative VG++. This record was UNPLAYED when I acquired it recently, and still has a few of the original paper treads dangling from the spindle hole. Vinyl is flat and retains full gloss, with a few light paper scuffs and very light scratches that do not affect play whatsoever. I've listened to this record once and it sounds GREAT, plays like a new record aside from a slight amount of surface noise audible only in the lead in and trail out wax. Both labels are clean, almost like new, please super-size the images I've included. Definitely a keeper copy of this mega-rare soul classic!
